GOM Player is a Player used to see movies and all type of video files. The main advantage of this Player is that, this is a freeware.

This Player is very easy to use and very user friendly to use. It has only less number of buttons on the main screen of this Player. They are Play, Stop, Previous, Next, Play-list, etc.

This software supports many type of file types like avi, divx, asf, asx,wmp,mpg,mpeg,dat,wmx,gom,svi,mp4,vob,3gp,mov,swf,rm, and many more.

We can add the films to the play-list of the player very easily and we can watch the video very fine.

This Player uses stranded shortcut Keys , like Play/Pause -Space-bar, Volume Up/Down arrow Key Up/Down, for 10 sec fast arrow Key Left/Right, like that very easy to use this Player.

The file size of this player is only 5.89 MB for the version 2.1.21.4846. This software will take 25 MB disk space only, when we installed this software in our system.

Conky is a free system monitor software. It is available for Ubuntu, Fedora, linuxmint, etc. It is also easily configurable and easy to use.
